She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sr. and Jacqueline Swan (Sullivan). She is survived by: her siblings, Pamela Swan of Lowell, MA, Karen Swan, Lisa Swan of Lowell, MA and Robert Jr. (Lee Ann Swan) of Westford, MA; her nieces and nephews, Andrew Crossman, Joseph Crossman, Robert Swan III, Virginia Crossman, Sara Crossman and Amanda Swan; and her pets, Hannah, Savannah and Pollyanna. She is also survived by caregiver providing home health care for her father and mother, and most recently for her sisters.
Memorial donations in memory of Heidi can be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or the American Cancer Society.
