She was predeceased by: her husband Walter F. Gacek Sr.; her parents, Walter Kopec and Josephine Kopec (Szymaszek); and her brothers, Edwin (Julie Kopec) and Marion "Manny" (Gladys Kopec).
She is survived by: her sons, Walter F. Gacek Jr. (April) of Dana Point, CA, Richard M. Gacek of Valrico, FL and Philip P. Gacek (Debbie) of Dracut, MA; and her grandchildren, Elena, Ethan, Benjamin, Daniel, Elizabeth and Andrea.
