He was predeceased by: his parent Donat Noel; and his sibling Donat. He is survived by: his spouse Pauline R. Noel (Marcotte); his parent Antoinette Noel (Corbin); his daughters-in-law, Aline Noel of Dracut, Normand and Suzanne Noel of Lowell; his daughter Doris Sousa of Lowell; his son-in-law Robert Sousa of Lowell; his grandchildren, Kimberly Mousseau, Daniel Noel, Jennifer Sousa, Michelle Boumil, Brian Noel and Jessica Sousa; and his siblings, Leo, Omer, Joseph Noel and Rita Martel. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; also many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
