It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph G. Velmure of Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 27, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Joseph H. Velmure; and his brother Peter Velmure. He is survived by: his mother Alice Greathead (Gallagher) of Laconia, NH; his daughter Sandra Medeiros of Lowell; his grandchildren, Isiah Rivera of Tynsgsboro, De'Andre Rivera (Korina Rosario) of Billerica, Jaiden Medeiros of Lowell, Johnny Gonzalez of Lowell and Calvin Gonzalez of Lowell; his great grandchild Milani Rivera of Tyngsboro; his siblings, Susan Velmure of Laconia, NH and Shawn Velmure of Laconia, NH.; his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Jessica, Justin and Jeff Velmure; and his close friend Sean Boyle of Town Taxi. He is also survived by many friends, including many good friends.
