Koula Karabatsos Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2021, at the age of 93, Koula Karabatsos of Lowell, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Koula Karabatsos to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Theodore Karabatsos; her parents, Angelo and Kereacoula Liachames (Beldekas); her sons, Lewis (Susan) and Angelo (Mary); her grandchildren, Todd (Maureen), Evan (Brittany), Alexandra of Washington, D. C. and Hannah of New Haven, CT; her great grandchild Theadora of Dracut, MA.; her siblings, Georgia Pournaras, Photene Koniares, Olga Liachames, Vasillios Liachames and Elias Liachames; and her siblings-in-law, Antonios and Panagiota Karabatsos. She was also cherished by her grandchildren and doted over her great-granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to either the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church or to the American Lung Association.
