Allen (Lowell, Massachusetts), born in Dracut, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 28, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her pet Ginger; her nieces and nephews, Charles and Melody Allen; and her siblings, David, George, William, Charles, Robert, Frank, Dorothy, Mildred, Shirley Allen, Lillian R. She was also cherished by many great nieces and nephews including Rebecca Frascarelli, Sara Plouffe, Charles Allen, III, Emily Johnson, and Lillian Rosenberger, Diane Dallaire, and Donna Gagne; and many great-great nieces.
