She was predeceased by: her parent Walker H. Merritt. She is survived by: her spouse Barry F. Gougeon; her parent Evelyn Merritt (Silva); her children, Melissa Blatus (Michael), Colleen Talbot (Steven), Ryan Talbot and Ashlee Talbot; and her siblings, Suzanne Clinesmith (David) and Nancy Negi. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
