She was predeceased by: her spouse Tun Ngeth; and her father Tim. She is survived by: her daughters, Touch Sem of Lowell and Chanrith Sem of Lowell. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
