He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kefaleas and Sophie Kefaleas (Stratakakos); and his siblings, George Kefaleas, Anastasia Gemmellaro and Sara Koumpouras.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kefaleas (Dagoumas); his children, George Kefaleas (Sandi) of Lowell and Sophia Kefaleas (Richard Pickard) of Lowell; his grandchildren, Katie Arcand (Brian) of Dracut, Nicholas Spanos (Rachael) of Pelham and Scott Kefaleas of Dracut; his great grandchildren, Cameron Arcand and Jonathan Spanos; and his friends, Bill Zounes and Harold Moschovites. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and Godchildren.
