Jacques of Plymouth; her children, Nicole Ross (Timothy) of Lowell and Kelley Jacques (Steven Skinner) of Hamilton; her siblings, David Church of Lynn and Donna Church of Beverly; and her grandchildren, Cadence, Naomi, Adelyn and Cheyanne Ross. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
