She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Skaff and Mildred Skaff (Husson); and her sister June Behrakis. She is survived by: her husband Lionel Arsenault; her children, Jeffrey Arsenault, Peter Arsenault (Karin) and Laurie Andersson (Robert); her grandchildren, Gregory Arsenault, Matthew, Kyle Arsenault, Michael, Zachary and Nikki Andersson; and her brother-in-law Charles Behrakis. She is also survived by cousins and close friends.
For those attending, facial coverings are respectfully required and social distancing measures will be in place.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phyllis's name to St George Antiochian Orthodox Church.
