He is survived by: his spouse Phoun Ngen; his parents, Konag Chea and Him Chhoeun; his children, Ratha Choun, Randy Chea, Chandara Chea, David Chea, Peter Chea, Renna Choun and Malinda Chea; his siblings, Pumie Chea, Cindina Chea and Peov Lay; and his nephew Johnson Ngen. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
