Rosa of Lowell and Richard Rosa of Lowell; his mother-in-law Theresa Spenard (Goudrault) of Lowell; his brothers, Mike Rand (Jeana) of Chicago, Robert Rand (Anna) of Indiana and Dennis Morales (Francesca) of Indiana; and his sister-in-law Denise Chase (Eric) of Petaluna, CA. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
