He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Iafrate and Maria Iafrate; and his brother Paul Iafrate. He is survived by: his wife Ann (Bottoni); his children, Anthony Iafrate of Lowell and Johnna Moulton (Matt) of Reading; his siblings, Marilisa Sacco of Brighton, Robert Iafrate (Theresa) of Beverly and Frank (Peggy) of Allston; and his grandchildren, David and Anna Molton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
