He was predeceased by: his parent Hout Pang. He is survived by: his spouse Horng Lay; his parent Leam Tear of Kampot Cambodia; his children, Siv Seen of Pelham, NH and Sandra Seen of Ipswich; his stepdaughters, Jariya Kung of Lowell and Mariya Kung of Lowell; and his mother-in-law Chan Ou of Canberra Australia. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
