He was predeceased by: his daughter Debra Higgins; and his parents, Francis J. Higgins and Carmella J. (Mazza). He is survived by: his wife Brenda A. (Cremin) of Lowell; his son Brian Higgins; his grandchildren, Tia and Rhys Higgins of Stoughton; and his siblings, William Higgins (Susan) of Billerica and Camille "Cammy" Fournier of Woburn. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
While practicing social distancing and wearing a mask, relatives & friends are invited to attend a visitation at the Mahoney Funeral Home, 187 Nesmith Street, Lowell on Monday, March 8, 2021 from 4-8PM. Burial and Military Honors will be Private.
