He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Nagle; and his brothers, John Mulligan, James Mulligan, Edward Mulligan and Paul Mulligan.
He is survived by: his daughter Joanne Mulligan of Lowell; his grandsons, Michael Thomas Russo of New York and Samuel Peter Russo of Billerica; and his great grandchild Piper Russo of New York. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and longtime friends.
