He was predeceased by: his parent William H. Sr. "Billy"; and his parent-in-law James McMahon. He is survived by: his spouse Eileen M. Woods (McMahon); his children, Casey Woods of Lowell and Patrick Woods of Lowell; his parent Sheila Woods (McKinney); his sibling Mary-Alice Cavens; his nieces and nephews, Megan, Nick Manent, Erin and Max Thomas; his parent-in-law Claire McMahon; and his brother-in-law Kathleen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
