He was predeceased by: his uncles, Dommy and Sonny. He is survived by: his son Adam Dalesio of Nashua, NH; his mother Donna M. Sullivan (Charles "Chicky" Sullivan); his siblings, Michelle Nutt (Charles) of Lowell, Melissa Smith (Robert) of Billerica, MaryJane Lugo (Benjamin) of Nashua and Timmy Sullivan (Jenn) of Lowell; his nieces and nephews, Alexis, Haley, Jack, Cameron, Benny, Jeffrey, Alivia and T. J.; his former wife Patricia Hoyt; his friend Coach Bossi; and also McKenzie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
