She is survived by: her husband Albert Costa of Ludlow; her children, Steve (Denise), Paula and Debbie; her grandchildren, Kimmi, Christi, Lynn, Josh of Sami, TJ and Darielle; her sisters, Lorraine Ney of Ludlow and Joyce Gregoire of Monson; and also, Kailey, Bella, Beau and Dani.
