She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Manuel Martins and Angela D'Ascensao; her husband Jose Lourenco; her children, Maria Rosa Santos (Joaquim) of Ludlow and Benvinda Santos (late Carlos) of Ludlow; her grandchildren, Jose Santos (Keri), Christina Santos, Lurdes Santos, Jack Santos and Hillary; and her great grandchildren, Katarina, Charlotte and Carter. She was also cherished by her 5 brothers, and also leaves many loving brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Amelia to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).
