Bernice Vautrain Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernice Vautrain of Ludlow, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 12, 2020 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Sternala and Catherine Sternala (Dymon); her husband Alfred; her granddaughter Katie Zamachaj; her siblings, Rose Giza, Genevieve Kuchyt, Benny and Stanley Sternala; and her son-in-law Edward Matosky.
She is survived by: her children, Marian Matosky (Clem), John Vautrain (Adele) and Kathleen Sullivan (Tom); her sister Irene Nomakeo; her grandchildren, Anne-Marie Szmyt, David Matosky (Laurie), Lianne Gagnon (Chris), Alan Vautrain (Maureen) and John Matosky (Erika); and her great grandchildren, Jonathan Szmyt, Alec Albright, Zachary Vautrain, Hannah Albright, Julia Szmyt, Jacob Vautrain, Jetta Albright, Karly Matosky and Jessica Vautrain.
Masks, social distancing and all state gathering restrictions will be adhered to.
