She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredinando D'Amato and Clementine D'Amato (Imperato); her husband John Smolinski; and her daughter-in-law Sylvia Smolinski. She is survived by: her sons, John J. Smolinski Jr. of Ludlow and David F. Smolinski (Colleen) of Ludlow; her sister Rose Blickarze; her sister-in-law Geraldine D'Amato of Suffield, CT.; her grandchildren, Shauna (John), Keith (Elizabeth), Derek (Melissa), Lori (Michael) and Megan (Lucas); and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Ezra, John Jr., Owen and Olivia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
