She was predeceased by: her mother Edna Wudyka; her husband Leo A. Boivin (Church); and her brother Robert Fisher. She is survived by: her sons, David, Rick and Daniel; her daughters-in-law, Dee Schaffner-Boivin, Gail Boivin and Cindy Boivin; her grandchildren, Amber MacIntosh (Kevin), Heather Boivin, Forrest Boivin, David Boivin, Robert Boivin and Krysten Boivin; her great grandchildren, Autumn MacIntosh, Noah Boivin and Trinity; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Emily MacIntosh.
