We are sad to announce that on May 14, 2020, at the age of 86, David F. Savitt (Ludlow, Massachusetts), born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton "Duke" Savitt and Eileen Savitt (Gillen); his wife Constance P. Savitt (Boudreau); his former wife Nancy L. Savitt (Walker); his grandson Brandon; and his brother Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra A. Savitt of Enfield, CT, Bruce R. Savitt (Ellen) of Glenn Heights, TX, Karen A. Savitt (Patrick Heintz) of Bluffton, S. C., Deidra M. Thompson (Vincent) of Ludlow, MA., Pamela A. King (William) of Chicopee, MA, Robin L. Savitt-King of Ludlow, MA and Lisa M. Savitt-King (David) of Ludlow, MA.; his grandchildren, Breanne, Wesley, Ian, Emily, Sarah, Michael, Stephanie, Collin, Cameron, Benjamin, Matthew, Corrina and Billy; and his sisters, Deborah Winsor (Ronald) of Windham, NH and Rebecca Wohlleib (John) of Shrewsbury, MA.. He is also survived by several extended family members and dear friends.
