It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Domingos Joao (Ludlow, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Belmira João and Augusto Fernandes; and his siblings, Bertilia Gonçalves and José Fernandes. He is survived by: his wife Maria Isabel; his daughters, Diane João and Lucia Ferreira; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Madalyn, Andrew Ferreira and Shaye Johnson. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, godchildren, and many cousins.
A walk-through visitation for Domingos will be held on Saturday, December 19, from 8:30 to 10:15 a. m. at the Ludlow Funeral Home adhering to social distancing and no contact guidelines, with a Liturgy of Christian burial celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church at 11 a. m. followed by burial in St. Aloysius Cemetery.
