He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ezra Lake and Mildred Lake (Gonyea); his wife Rose Lake (Nareau); his children, Donna Nogueira (Tony) of Ludlow, Lori Stewart of Granby and Michael Lake of Gardner; and his brother James Lake.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donald's memory to St. John the Baptist School 217 Hubbard St. Ludlow, Ma. 01056.
