He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Borek and Mary Borek (Femiak); his wife Gloria Borek (DeRosambeau); his sons, Thomas Borek and Paul Borek; and his siblings, Joseph, Catherine, Julia and Bertha.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Borek (MaryEllen) of West Springfield, Kathryn Solinas (James) of Brookline, NH, Karen Miller (David) of Powell, OH and Jeannine Borek of Springfield; his grandchildren, Hannah, Harrington, Julia, Paige, Audrey, Anthony, Maliyah, Amerie and Richard; his friends, Dave and Marge Midwood; and also, Emily and Alyssa.
