Walulak (Ludlow, Massachusetts), born in Ware, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 8, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Caroline A. Walulak (Kos); his sons, Glenn Walulak of Chicopee, Scott Walulak of Chicopee and Brad Walulak (Heather) of Chicopee; and his sibling John Walulak.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cameron, Kylie, Katherine and Greyson.
Visiting hours are on Wednesday from 5:00-8:00pm and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Charity of One's Choice.
