She was predeceased by: her parents, Joaquim Lopes and Anna Lopes (Pimental); her husband Stanley Slosek; and her daughter Johanna "Jody" Uskovich. She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Carrillo; and her brother Richard Lopes (Madeline) of Falmouth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations in Eleanor's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
