He is survived by: his wife Maria Teresa Pina (Marques); his daughters, Ann Pina Provost of Ludlow and Dianne Goncalves (Joe) of Ludlow; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Tyler, Liliana, Joseph Goncalves, Mattingly, Angelina and Isabella Provost; his brother Antonio Antunes; his mother-in-law Ana Marques; his son-in-law Daniel Provost; and his friends, Rodrigues and Carvalho. He is also survived by many loving extended family and dear friends.
