Frances G. Maziarz Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Frances G. Maziarz in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Frances left this world on June 2, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Grybosh and Anna Grybosh (Prokop); her husband John Maziarz; her daughter Joanne Lizak; her sisters, Irene (Stanley Janas), Helen (Victor Orlik) and Mary (Burton Luberda); and also, Alan Bachetti and Mark Lizak.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Bachetti of East Longmeadow, Christine Fitzell (Jim) of Ludlow and Richard Maziarz (Donna) of Ludlow; her granddaughters, Jenna Huggins (Dan), Kristen MacLeod (Kevin) and Laura Lysick (Dan); her great grandchildren, Carson, Adaline Huggins, Colin, Owen MacLeod, Emma and Riley Lysick; and her siblings-in-law, Walter and Pat Maziarz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other extended family members and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services (15 Ludlow Ave, Springfield, MA 01151). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services (15 Ludlow Ave, Indian Orchard, MA 01151). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Church (41 Warsaw Ave, Ludlow, MA 01056). A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at the Island Pond Cemetery.
