He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kerstetter and Winifred Kerstetter (Boyle); and his siblings, Leonard, Donald Kerstetter, Melva Bowie, Barbara Etzel and Claudia.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kerstetter (Forkey); his children, Frank Kerstetter, Jr. and Sandra Jahrling (Kurt); his sister Rose Watchel (Rudy); his sisters-in-law, Claire and Charlene Kerstetter; his grandchildren, Ashley Bannon (Matthew), Kori Malouin (Matthew) and Rayann Jahrling; and his great grandchildren, Veronica and Sabrina Malouin.
