She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bernice Phenner (Couture), Albert L. Phenner, Jr. and Alice Dominique (Brochu). She is survived by: her parents, Gary Dominique and Ellen Dominique (Phenner); her husband Jason Leandro; her children, Leo, Zoe and Eva; her grandfather Francis Dominique (Bucky); her parents-in-law, Irene Leandro (Ribeiro) and Jack Leandro; her brother Jeffrey Dominique; her sister-in-law Toni Dominique (Avola); her sister Melissa Conserva (Dominique); her siblings-in-law, Corey Conserva, Jeffrey Leandro, Tara Leandro (Shea), Jennifer Silva (Leandro) and Joel Silva; and her siblings' children, Gigi, Luciana, Fiona, Liam, Samuel and Noelle. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family's GoFundMe "Jaime's Fight" campaign which will be directed to a fund for Jaime's children.
