He is survived by: his wife Teresa Kosnicki of Indian Orchard; his sons, Shawne Kosnicki and Adam Kosnicki (Sharon) of Indian Orchard; his brother Jack Kosnicki (Pam); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Cassandra, Stephanie and Joshua.
