With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanne Kososki (Ludlow, Massachusetts), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 21, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Patrie and Annette Patrie (Tetrault). She is survived by: her children, Larry Kososki (Michelle) of East Longmeadow, Lee Anne Covington (David) of Chicopee and Nancy Provost (Steve) of Ludlow; and her sister Deena Harris (Charlie) of Indian Orchard. She is also survived by grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeanne's memory may be made to the SIDS Institute of America 528 Ravens Way, Naples.
