He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Diamantino Carvalho and Ana Carvalho (Valadares); his spouse Fernanda Carvalho (Rodrigues); his sons, Nelson Carvalho (Vera) and Leonardo Carvalho; his granddaughter Mariana Carvalho; and his siblings, Ana Borges (Joaquim) of Ludlow, Alcidia Machado (Eurico), Maria McCormick (Walter), Warren, Henrique Carvalho, Antonio Carvalho and Irene Machado. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
