He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barlow and Lula Barlow (Gendreau); his son John "Jackie"; his siblings, William "Bud" and Joyce Goodrow; his son-in-law Gordon "Gordy" Duggan; and his siblings-in-law, John Bachta (Louise) and Ruth Coviello.
He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Duggan of Enfield, CT; his grandchildren, Kaleigh Duggan of Boston and Trey Duggan (Lisa Campisi) of Enfield, CT; his wife Clara; his siblings, Barbara Daly (Ronald) of Pompano Beach, FL and Charles "Skipper" (Lorraine) of St. Cloud, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Roberta Lafayette (Fred) and Chick Coviello. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
