He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mulhern and Susan Mulhern (Guilfoil); his wife Natalee Mulhern; and his daughter Pamela Barch. He is survived by: his children, Devin J. Mulhern (Glenn Mallinson) of Marlborough, MA, Paul W. Mulhern (Lynn) of Dracut, MA and Anita M Chmura (Jeffrey) of Chicopee; his son-in-law Brian Barch of Ludlow; his sister Jean Moisio (Richard) of Rutland, MA.; and his grandsons, Kyle, Ryan Barch and Christopher Chmura.
John's family requests that, in lieu of flowers or gifts, donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association MA/NH Chapter, 264 Cottage St., Springfield, MA 01104.
