She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Majowicz and Mary Majowicz (Szwiek); and her husband Joseph Koziol. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Helen; her friends, Jean and Anne; her daughter Phyllis Kelly (Henry) of Monson, MA; her grandchild Jamie Pinto (David); her great grandchild Dylan; her grandson Jason Kelly (Valerie); and her pet Pinky. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
