She was predeceased by: her parent Louis Alphonso; and her sister Dorothy Vaz. She is survived by: her parent Ermina Alphonso (Fernandes); her husband Kenneth J. Nagy; her children, Scott Nagy (Robert Sherman) of Seekonk and Kimberly Reid (Clayon) of Chicopee; her grandson Clayon Reid Jr.; her brother David Alphonso of Ludlow; her sibling's children, Carlos Vaz, Maria Cicchetti, Kathleen Mateus and Anthony Alphonso; and her pet Ebony. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathleen's memory to an animal charity of one's choice.
