She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Barbara Stone; her husband Frank Fortune; her children, John (Michelle), Frank (Julie), Jeffrey (Jaime) and Kristin Kapur (Rishi); her grandchildren, Jonathon, Zack, Alyssa, Austin, Maxx, Colt, Andrew, Alex Lopriore, Ryan and Kyle Kapur; and her siblings, Susan Stone, Ricky Stone, Debbie Rigali, Kathy Stone, Candy Deroy, Lisa Stone and Mary Choiniere. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Kristine's family has asked that a memorial.
