She was predeceased by: her parents, John Norris and Rose Norris (Rousseau); and her husband Albert Picard. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Racine (Norman) of Ludlow and Robert Picard (Karin) of Springfield; her sister Nancy Gates of West Springfield; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Nicollette, Samantha, Matthew and Daniel.
