She is survived by: her children, Beth Szemela of Indian Orchard and Keith Szemela (Betsey) of Agawam; her close friend Acacio "Casey" Ferreira of Ludlow; her sisters, Carole Brayton (Gerry) of Monson and Karen Drumheller (Michael) of Wilbraham; and her grandchildren, Juliann, Joseph and Madelynn Szemela. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
