He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Lemek (Jurkiewicz) and Stanley Lemek; his wife Cathy Lemek (Truehart); his children, Claire and Grace Lemek of Ludlow; and his siblings, Chris Lemek (Debbie) and Elizabeth Babinski (late Thomas). He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
