He is survived by: his parents, Michael Carreira and Karen Carreira (Tokarz); his sibling Natalie Jane Carreira; his grandparent Beverly Tokarz; his husband Thaddeus Carreira; his aunts and uncles, Tad Tokarz, Sharon Tokarz and Susan Carreira; and also, Lorraine Carreira (Theodore), Butchie and Zurawski.
