He was predeceased by: his former wife Patricia Mayberry. He is survived by: his wife Janice Mayberry; his sons, Kevin (Kathy) of Florida, Sean (Joanne) of New Jersey and Jamie (Giovanna) of Palmer; and his siblings, Peter Mayberry (Carol) and Sally Smith (Rodney). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren … and two great grandchildren.
