She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Stevens and Lena Stevens (Levi). She is survived by: her husband John Thomas of Ludlow; her sons, Philip (Marilyn) of Palmer, Michael (Gayle) of Ludlow and Kenneth (Doreen) of Belchertown; and her siblings, Robert Stevens of Ashland and Marjorie Falone of Framingham. She is also survived by grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
