She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Pasterczyk and Caroline Pasterczyk (Pytko); her former husband Frank Kowalczyk; her husband Joseph Collins; and her siblings, John, Stanley, Rudy, Connie Starzyk, Natalie Sagan, Adella Johnson, Irene Bizon and Laura Wiaderek.
She is survived by: her nieces, Joan O'Brien of Chicopee and Karen Tetreault of Chicopee.
