He is survived by: his sister Genevieve Kowalik of Ludlow; his nephews, Robert Kowalik of Chelsea and Edward Kowalik (Carol) of Plainfield, NJ; his great-nephew Edward Kowalik (Maria) of Dunellen, NJ; his great-niece Krista Kowalik (Joshua Frisoli) of Plainfield, NJ; and also, Joshua Frisoli, Edward and Michael Kowalik.
